Tattoos are intended to be permanent; however, sometimes we suffer from tattoo regret or perhaps you are not happy with your results from a previous artist. That’s when tattoo removal comes in. Our team here at Dawn Marie Studio is skilled and trained at providing the best tattoo removal process possible. Our removal process is effective and powerful enough to remove stubborn colors, yet gentle enough not to hurt the skin. Usually no scar tissue is left and the skin appears to be healthy and can be tattooed again if desired.

Oftentimes, clients are worried how long the process will take to completely remove their tattoo. The number of treatments you will need depends on your specific tattoo. This depends on: amount of times the area has been tattooed, the age, pigment, and depth of the tattoo. Sessions should be scheduled a minimum of four weeks apart to allow for proper healing; this process should not be rushed. You can always contact Dawn Marie Studio for more information!

We often get asked many questions about the tattoo removal process. Does it hurt? What should I expect? Dawn Marie and staff are here to assist you throughout your entire tattoo removal journey! Here are some FAQ that we get:
WHAT DOES IT FEEL LIKE?
Some clients compare the feeling of removal to getting a tattoo. Pain tolerance is particular to every individual, so what one person may feel another may not. A numbing cream will be applied to help with the discomfort.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?
First the area of removal will be numbed with a numbing cream. Once the area is numbed , we will begin the tattoo removal/lightening process which will take an average of 15-40 mins depending on the size of the tattoo. After the process is complete, you will relax with a serum that will be soaking on the area for 20 minutes. Once the soaking is complete, a clay and healing mask will follow. Please allow an average of 2 hours for your appointment.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO HEAL?
The natural healing process can take between 4-8 weeks to fully recover depending on the size and location of the skin that was worked on. We recommend treating the area no less than 4 weeks apart as this only improves healing results. Proper use of all after-care products simply help speed up the wound healing process. After-care will be provided and additional after-care can be purchased.
WHAT DOES IT COST? The cost depends on the size of the tattoo. Keep in mind that tattoo removal/lightening requires multiply sessions. We can not determine how many sessions you will need as age, pigment, depth of the tattoo are all factors. After your first session has healed we can have a better idea of how many more sessions are needed. Below is average pricing and is PER SESSION. Emergency Removal: The Emergency Removal prevents a freshly and poorly done eyebrow from healing into the skin. That's right! If you have had an eyebrow done and call us within 48 hours of having it done...we may be able to lift and pull the pigment out and prevent it from healing. This is a specialized service that requires no needles or trauma to the area. If you have just had a pair of botched brow's done, don't wait! Call us immediately so we can help you.

Li-FT® Saline Lightening Solution: Is a non-chemical, non-acid, high salt based, fruit seed extract saline tattoo lightening solution that is so effective it can lighten a tattoo or permanent makeup procedure and in some cases to the point it is no longer visible. Very particular types of natural, clean salts were chosen in specific percentages then combined with lemon and orange seed extract to achieve ultimate lightening results. to the air.
