Lip Blush

Lip Blush — “Your lips, but better”

Soft. Natural. Youthful. Your lips—enhanced.

Tired of reapplying lip color all day? Lip blush gives you soft, natural-looking color that enhances the shape and fullness of your lips — without looking overdone. Whether your lips are pale, uneven, or just missing that definition, lip blush heals into a gorgeous tinted look that’s all your own. It’s your lips, but better.

Shown immediately after the appointment — the color softens as it heals.

Who lip blush is for

  • Anyone who reapplies lipstick or liner all day and is ready to skip that step
  • Pale, uneven, or undefined lips that need color and shape
  • Dark or cool-toned lips that need neutralization first
  • Anyone with lip filler who wants color to match (filler must be healed at least 4 weeks)
  • Mature lips that have lost color and definition over time

What is lip blush?

Lip blush is a machine-applied Permanent Makeup technique that enhances the natural color, symmetry, and shape of your lips. Using a soft pixel-shading method, pigment is gently layered into the top layers of the skin to create a sheer wash of color — like a tinted lip balm that never wears off. The healed result is subtle, soft, and natural. Never harsh, never that overdrawn lipstick look — unless you ask for bolder. Everything is customized to you.

Why clients love lip blush

  • Soft, natural color that won’t smudge or fade during the day
  • Enhances lip shape and definition — no fillers needed
  • Evens out dark, pale, or cool-toned lips
  • Healed results look like your own lips, just better
  • Adds youthfulness and freshness to the whole face
  • Color that lasts — typically 1 to 2 years

The process

  1. Consultation & color matching — We talk through the look you want and choose a shade that flatters your natural lip tone. Nothing starts until you love the plan.
  2. Numbing & the procedure — A strong numbing cream keeps you comfortable. Using a high-end digital machine, tiny pixel-like layers of pigment are built up for soft, even color. Plan on two to three hours door to door.
  3. Healing & the touch-up — Your lips will look brighter and bolder the first few days — that’s normal. They’ll fade 30 to 50 percent as they heal into a natural tint. A touch-up 6 to 8 weeks later perfects the color.

Healing & aftercare

Lips typically heal in 5 to 7 days, with full color settling over 4 to 6 weeks. Keep lips moisturized with healing ointment. Avoid spicy foods, hot drinks, and kissing for the first 48 hours. Don’t pick or peel flaky skin. Skip lip makeup, sweating, and steam while healing. Stay hydrated.

How long does lip blush last?

Typically 1 to 2 years, depending on skin, lifestyle, and sun exposure. A color refresh every couple of years keeps them looking perfect.

Frequently asked questions

Does lip blush hurt?

A strong numbing cream is applied before and during. Most clients describe mild tingling or pressure, very manageable. You can take Tylenol beforehand to help with any discomfort — that’s fine. But absolutely nothing that thins the blood: no ibuprofen, no Motrin or Advil, nothing like that before your appointment.

Will my lips look too dark at first?

Yes, bolder and brighter for the first few days. Normal — fades 30 to 50 percent into a soft natural tint.

What is lip neutralization?

For dark or cool-toned lips, warm-toned pigment neutralizes darkness first, then your target color is layered on top. May take an extra session.

Can I get lip blush if I have filler?

Yes, but filler must be fully healed (at least 4 weeks) first.

How do I prepare?

Stay hydrated, avoid blood thinners if your doctor allows, come with clean lips.
